The prices are good but customer service is the worst. You'll order cash and wait for hours to be served, while special people come and get through before you. If you don't have links with workers your orders aren't prepared.not my first time shopping here but God knows, i don't know if I'll be back.

They sell items in bulk, service was ok wait period was abit lengthy and the price is affordable

Sales clerks need training, whenever I ask a question a about a particular item. They just look at you and don't respond. Overall good place to shop just need better customer services from some of the sales clerks.

Worst place I've ever been to the workers there have alot of attitude worst customer service I've ever since like omgggg
It's like your begging the workers there to help you get the products you need terrible

The worker need to respect customer they have no respect an I don't like it we are spending our money we need to address with respect

Well I know it busy most times of the day but that does not explain why a person need to wait 15 -20 min to see a cashier, to place the order.

Horrible customer service. You stand waiting while workers hold conference. Avoid at all cost if possible.

Need to deal with customers more urgently. Also customer need at least 5 workers to assist us who want items from 1 to 10 with urgency.

My experience at Food Palace is always a good one apart from the security who do not have respect for the customers as he would say any dirty word that comes to his mouth regardles of who is standing at the door

The need to reduce the waiting time and get their workers trained. The overall level of customer service is tremendously poor. Due to the setup of ordering and getting goods sometime you don't even get everything in your po package and you cant pull up the bag right there to check what you have received so that's when you reach home and this will cost you to travel for the item or items that weren't included in your package.

I have shop there more than once because the prices are reasonable. However, the customer service is very poor and the waiting time to actually get service and collect your goods is too long.

Poooorrr customer service. Attitude given by staff and slow service (up to an hour before you are cashed even on a relatively slow day) I wont shop there unless I have to.

The workers here need to be trained regarding customer service. I know the owner his name is Mark and he is such a great person and he is super helpful to customers but his workers lack the necessary social skills to deal with customers
If U go there to buy goods it takes too long to be delivered.
The workers only look out for their friends
Mark should construct an express line for customers who just need to buy five or less items
Apart from that this wholesale is a wonderful place with the variety of goods that are sold here.

Very slow service.something needs to be done about this kind of service a.s. A.p! The only way shopping here would not be a hassle is if you ordered and leave to do something else and return much much later to pick up. Not convenient for quick shopping

Poor customer service long wait time but they have great prices if your willing to look past everything else

But some of the cashier's are not courteous they need to be customer friendly they should a cashier for single item or 10

Most people who spent their hard earned cash think about how to save a dollar but getting quality at the same time well look no further

Limited Parking. Has all grocery items imaginable. Prices are average. Orders are made over counter. Customer service can be better.
