We did full day tour of blue hole, secret falls and dunn falls in Jamaica. Our driver and guide Mr.Copely, was fantastic. He made the whole day enjoyable . Highly recommend SNL tours for Jamaican sightseeing needs and make sure you ask for Copely!

Very disappointed with my SNL Jamaican Tours experience. My fiance and I booked the Full-Day Fun: Blue Hole, Secret Falls & Dunn's River Falls through Expedia. The morning of our tour, my fiance woke up very sick. I called SNL and rescheduled for 2 days later. However, my fiance was still not feeling well. We called both SNL and Expedia to receive a refund, and were told SNL has very strict rules and restrictions. Because we did not give 24 hours notice, we were not entitled to a refund. My fiance did not anticipate waking up with a stomach flu, we did not foresee this happening in order to cancel 24 hours beforehand. Unfortunately this treatment from SNL affected our enjoyment for the rest of our trip in Jamaica.

My 2 friends and I booked with SNL tours to travel to the Blue Hole and Dunns River and what an incredible experience! Our driver, Garfield, was so kind and welcoming and very knowledgable about the history of the local areas during the drive. His driving was very safe, too! We had an absolute blast the 3 of us had and with many thanks to Garfield for showing us around.

My boyfriend and I have been wanting to take a tour to Bob Marley's home/resting place for a while and eat at a local jerk chicken restaurant where the locals eat. We are so glad we choose SNL Tours we accomplishedeverything on this tour. Copely is a great guide very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We had a wonderful experience.

Do not book this in advance! I did this mistake and a thunderstorm came through and they did not refund my money! This company is not professional at all, they were arguing how I couldn't get a refund because I didn't contact them 24hrs ahead of time. I am not a weather god and had no control over it. The lighting was insane all night and then in morning it was still thundering and pouring. I was not going to risk my life for this tour and get on the road like that. Please re consider waiting till day of for your tours or go with a professional tour company. Way to ruin a vacation.

We used SNL twice and it was a great experience both times. My friend Steven recommended them, and they did not disappoint! We had an air conditioned vehicle with plenty of room both times. Lindsey was our guide the first time and he was amazing. The second time, we had Marlon. He was also very knowledgeable, and made our tour amazing. When we go back to Jamaica, we will definitely be using them.

The best day spent with SNL Tours! Prompt and reliable service provided. Our tour guide Jerome was so professional and knowledgable throughout the entirety of the tour, he bought his vibrant and generous spirit to the day which made it such an enjoyable day to treasure.

It’s always been a dream of mine to visit Dunn‘s waterfalls and it did not disappoint- the staff at the form very helpful and there is a high level of safety and support even for the most nervous stuff climbers. I would suggest to bring your waterproofs and cash with you for tips at the end. We were able to store anything we didn’t want to get wet in the van whilst at the falls which was a relief.

The next stop was Blue Hole- this really was a true gem to finish off the day. Such a beautiful and rare spot, we were in a small group and went on a Saturday which was not so busy surprisingly so and the experience felt very boutique and personable. I wasn’t intending to jump however the tour guide directly working at the blue hole called Omarie was very encouraging and upbeat throughout that he a finally did all 3 jumps with me- each one was getting more scarier but if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have had such an experience and conquered one of my fears like that, the adrenaline and a sense of achievement was truly worth it!

I can highly recommend SNL Tours, great value for money, experienced tour guides and truly reliable service.

Our tour guide Jeremy was awesome very knowledgeable and kind. We did the blue hole, secret falls and Dunn river falls I enjoyed the entire excursion and I definitely will recommend everyone book with this company! Keep up the good work Jeremy.

We did the blue falls, secret falls, and dunn's river tour with Clive as our guide. He even did an additional stop at the iconic KFC on the island for us because it was getting dark and there were no food stops by our airbnb! Great experience. Tip: be patient with the pickup time you're given for pickup from your resort. They don't get there right on the dot, but give it a few minutes because they are picking up others along the way.

Booked this tour thru Trip Advisor, after our arrival and a day at our resort. Our driver Copley was spot on! 10 stars. The Blue Hole, Dunn River Falls tour with linch at Linda's is all an all-day tour, especially if you are one who starts in Montego Bay but all soo worth it!

We did the Black River Safari with YS Falls Tour. Omar was the best guide! Can't believe we forgot to tip him

Everdthing worked out well. Pick up time was confirmed quickly after booking and my driver Junior picked me up. He made this tour a unique experience for me. I was all in my own and had expected the trip to be cancelled. Thank you for letting me make this trip even as a single guest and thanks to Junior, who was a fantastic tour guide.
